HealthQuest Physical Therapy

Partners With ChartRequest

In-House Case Study

ChartRequest is a healthcare SaaS designed to streamline medical record release and improve hospital compliance with HIPAA rules and regulations.

For physicians and the patients that rely on them, there is no better medical release platform than ChartRequest. The company dedicates itself to outstanding accuracy, speed, and compliance — no matter the size of the request.

The challenge here was to demonstrate the platform’s unique, cost-saving benefits by highlighting it’s partnership with the orthopedic network HealthQuest Physical Therapy. We created a concise, cohesive message to emphasize ChartRequest’s credibility and results after only six months of service.

ChartRequest’s Brand Voice:

Informed / Committed / Data-Driven / Transparent / Client-Focused

Partner Outreach & Messaging Strategy

ChartRequest’s ideal clients are threefold: Practice owners and operations specialists in healthcare settings, law firms, and risk management insurers. These three audience-types juggle challenging medical release processes that require weeks of communications.

By offering our existing partners a gift card and positive shoutout, my content coordinator and I were able to compel HealthQuest to conduct a follow-up interview about their partnership with ChartRequest. This business aligned with our current orthopedic outreach campaign that helped us target other physical therapists and clinic owners. We found that the results of our partnership exceeded their initial expectations and saved their staff hundreds of hours on administrative tasks.

The case study also helped us highlight the importance of reducing medical record turnaround rates before HIPAA implements it’s 15-Day TAT standard. We knew that by demonstrating the platform’s efficiency through a featured case study, we could convert additional practices in our targeted geographic area.

Team Collaboration

This project required close collaboration with our sales department to communicate with existing partners and interview them for data. Getting to write and revise this piece on behalf of my content coordinator was a real pleasure. As a team, we completed the process within just two weeks — from outreach to publication.
