ChartRequest Rebrands
It’s Full-Service Subscription
Landing Page Copy & Design
ChartRequest is a healthcare SaaS designed to streamline medical record release and improve hospital compliance with HIPAA rules and regulations.
Practice owners struggle to keep up with HIPAA deadlines during the release of information. ChartRequestComplete is a full-service solution that centralizes medical chart requests and hastens deliveries.
Our marketing team’s challenge was to design a rebranded landing page for this full-service subscription. Following an audit of the original website landing pages, we concluded that the site looked dated and included complex language that was not effective with our target audience. Our goal was to simplify our messaging and CTAs.

Informed / Committed / Data-Driven / Transparent / Client-Focused
Full-Scope Redesign & SEO
ChartRequest’s first website iteration was plagued with HTML issues and toxic links. These issues caused a decline in SEO scoring. Our goal was to develop better designs and messaging for each landing page.
I spearheaded the copy and editing portion of the redesign, while working closely with our content coordinator and graphic designer. It was crucial to lay out the page in a way that would guide the buyer journey as they scroll. Creating form fill sections and link redirections toward each persona’s page helped users navigate to a consultation within one click.
Removing redundant and valueless copy cleaned up the scrolling experience for visitors. The landing page redesign also functioned as a template for future website improvements. After injecting quality keywords and SEO-friendly assets onto the page, ChartRequest saw an immediate jump in website visits, lead generation, and page linger time.
Building Foundations
ChartRequest’s marketing strategy needed to be rebuilt from the ground up. Fixing the website was an immediate concern for the leadership, as it would serve as the endpoint for all conversions. We had to collaborate as a department to build out a framework, edit, and deploy website assets piece by piece.
The final product was a sleek redesign that aligned with the brand’s tone, color scheme, and service offerings. We documented each phase of the process for the company SOP, ensuring future employees had access to our notes and recommendations.
